Key holding

Businesses tend to assign a member of staff as a designated key holder to open and close a business and respond to an alarm activation. AYS can step in to provide a cost-effective and reliable key holding and alarm response service to ensure that your property is always secure and that it, and your member of staff, are never left in a vulnerable situation.

Should a Client’s security alarm be activated, our 24 hours Communication Centre is alerted and dispatch a Guard to the premises. We conduct a thorough check externally and internally, investigate and identify the cause. In addition to criminal damage, we also check for fire, flood, gas leaks etc. The cause is reported to our Communications Centre and the necessary actions are taken in accordance with our Client’s procedures. For example, we would alert the necessary emergency services, reset the alarm system, but overall, deal with all eventualities by staying on site until the cause is rectified and the property secured. Our Client is sent a detailed report of the incident.

Keys are securely stored and we comply with all processes and procedures in accordance with BS 7984, the Code of Practice for Keyholding and Response Services.

In House - Manned Security and Concierge Service

If your business requires manned security, perhaps at an access point or gated entrance, The AYS Group uniformed guard security act respectively and in the best interests of our clients.
