Commercial deep cleans are perfect for areas which are not within your Service Package but, as a result, have not been cleaned for some time, allowing an excess of dirt and sometimes damage to build.
In addition, if an area is cleaned regularly sometimes there can be obstructions which prevent a through clean. For example, an office or classroom can also have a deep clean and normally follow a ‘tidy up/clear out’. We then have clear access to remove bacteria, viruses and allergens on for example, shelving, tops of high reach cabinets as well as other areas.
Deep cleans can also carried out before VIP visits and Open Days, just to make sure that nothing is missed.
If you do not have a Maintenance Programme, or are not a contract client of AYS, then all the areas within our Maintenance Programmes can addressed within a Deep Clean.
Offices
A Deep Clean to offices by AYS is preceded by an office ‘tidy up’. This will allow us clear access and it is also a great opportunity to declutter and encourage an organised, productive work environment. Offices can harbour bacteria, viruses, and allergens, especially in high-touch areas such as keyboards, phones, and door handles. Regular deep cleaning helps eliminate these contaminants, reducing the risk of illness and promoting the well-being of employees and visitors. The clean will include high levels, blinds, light fittings, cabinets, office equipment, vents, partitions etc. In order to maintain a clean environment, these tasks need to be carried but on a lesser frequency.
Kitchens
A deep clean to kitchenettes and coffee stations by AYS will reinforce the regular cleaning specification by degreasing and sanitisation of the walls, tiles, grout, cleaning of the inside of (empty) fridges and cupboards.
